Resurfacer not working (how do I log in)

I have loaded the plug in and it seems to working OK. I can dump triangles, import export etc. But when I open the "Resurfacer", I get the window followed by the loading message then "Welcome to CADspan" (Resurfacer v2.b08). And if I maximise the window I can read please login to continue.
Q. How do I log in?
A. I was able to log in only on the maximised window, and I could only see one line at a time (tab between fields worked).
Q. With the first model (architectural) that I am prossessing I'm getting a lot of "invalid argument" messages.
A. I'm just hitting yes to continue running the script.

I'll see if I get a usable file at the end.
Maybe I should start with a simple model?

Q1: Please make sure you are running Internet Explorer version 7. If you are and continue to get these errors, clear your private data. Tools>Delete Browsing History, Delete all. Let me know if you continue to have this problem after checking these things.

Q2: This is just an extension of the first problem you were having. Not related to actual file processing. Again, try the above suggestions and let me know if you still have trouble.

How to stop a file processing in resurfacer?

I processing a file 8973 triangle 448734 bytes and it's been running for a couple of hours and I'm getting the argument errors (every 20 seconds or so) as mentioned in my earlier post.
Can I stop the processing somehow?
I thought I would load a smaller modell and try again, but I can't upload whilst one is running.
And not sure if the stl file that I am generating will be any good if I'm getting all these errors.

As in above post, the errors are not related to file processing, just web browser errors. There is no way to kill a job in the free beta plugin right now, if you have a job that is still processing after a couple of hours email support@cadspan.com and we can remove if manually for you.

Thanks for the response, we are still running IE6 (9.02900.2180 XPSP).

I will speak to our IT group and see if it is possible to upgrade me to IE7
